Job Description

Residential Installer / Service Technician


AllPro Heating And Air is looking for qualified professionals to join our team. Job duties may include but are not limited to: Installing new HVAC equipment, both furnaces and A/C heat pumps, roof top package units and exhaust fans, sheet metal duct, both rectangular and round, run venting, low voltage wiring, ductwork both rigid and flexible.
You must also be able to lift up to 50 pounds and push, pull, or carry heavy objects as well as be able to climb ladders and work in small crawl spaces.

Our office is located in Murrieta and our jobsites are throughout Southern California (San Diego, LA, Riverside, Orange counties, etc.).

Job Requirements

Minimum requirements include:

  • 3 years' experience with various residential heating and air conditioning systems
  • EPA and N.A.T.E. certified a plus but not required
  • Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record
  • Ability to pass background check/and drug test
  • Ability to work with high degree of integrity and promote positive company image
  • Some sales experience a plus
  • Ability to quickly trouble shoot and diagnose HVAC systems, ability to balance air systems, as well as install condensers, coils and compressors
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs
  • Maintain contact with office for quickly scheduling calls
  • Accurately fill out daily paperwork, including time sheets and work orders
  • Show attention to detail on all jobs
  • Clean professional appearance
  • Start up and commissioning of newly installed systems
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of, actively practice, and promote safe working conditions in accordance with OSHA, EPA
  • Prepare various reports as directed to maintain accurate records on equipment and preventive maintenance
  • Must have own hand tools, drills, saws, safety gear, etc.
  • Must be proficient in using all the tools of the trade
  • Dependable, self-motivated and strong communication skills
  • Maintain company truck, tools, and inventory
  • Must have the ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and on-call rotation
