Bridges by EPOCH at Trumbull in Trumbull, CT is hiring a Director of Community Relations (Director of Sales and Marketing) Full-time for our Memory Care Senior Living Community.  Our luxurious Assisted Living community has all the amenities to support the independence of residents with memory care needs.

The Director of Community Relations will be part of a team of 2 Directors and will be responsible for all aspects of internal and external sales and marketing of the Memory Care Assisted Living Community. The Director of Community Relations develops and executes a quarterly marketing overview, as well as monthly marketing plans. This position evaluates and identifies occupancy strategies. Additionally, the Director of Community Relations develops and builds relationships with families, client prospects within the community and external referral sources.

Candidates must have a proven ability to close sales in the Senior Living Industry. Related memory care experience required. Must be a dynamic self-starter, organized and able to work as a team with internal departments. We require exceptional customer service skills. Qualified candidates must exhibit an up-beat, polished, professional and personable demeanor. We require 3-5 years of experience in the Senior Living Industry and some experience in Memory Care.
