Job Description: 

A recruiter at Supplement Health Care is a full cycle recruiter, responsible to find candidates that will come on board with Supplemental Health Care (SHC) and fill orders for facilities in the area. In order to build a pipeline and obtain hires, the Recruiter must be proficient in the following. 
  • Source & cold call candidates from job boards, the SHC database, referrals, job posts, social media and more!
  • Negotiate, sell & persuade candidates that SHC is the #1 choice.
  • Social media proficiency is a MUST & key to success!
  • This person needs to have a very tenacious and competitive personality and spirit.
  • Obtain starts
    • 100% of personal quotas need to be met on a regular basis.
  • Provide top notch quality assurance
    • Ensure all SHC talent on assignment are 100% compliant at all times. This will take a person with strong attention detail, stellar core values and tenacious follow up. At times, administrative support in the division will help support.
  • Hit call quota weekly
    • Calling candidates daily is key to performance. At minimum, starting out, quota is 60 calls per day. Being 100% to quota of personal call goal is imperative weekly.
  • Strategize and communicate with Branch Manager and team
    • Having a strong, recruitment strategy will be crucial. This is so pipelines are healthy at all times. Participation in weekly meetings with team, effective usage of our internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS), recruitment using all avenues (job posts, job boards, marketing tools, social media etc.) and solid communication with the team will be necessary. Screening and interviewing candidates for fit is also a key task.
  • Run profitable deals
    • Negotiating pay for the talent so that profit goals for the branch are met will be imperative.

Job Requirements


  • Strong personal desire to sell SHC to candidates in a very competitive atmosphere
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience preferred but not required
  • Recent work in a similar culture that espouses cooperation, team spirit, strong work ethic, and a go getter attitude
