Compensation: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour

Job Title: Account Supervisor, QSR Reports to: SVP of Account Services Workflow: Creative Director Division: Account Services Job Summary: As an Account Supervisor, QSR, you are responsible for supervising the day-to-day workflow on our QSR accounts. You ensure seamless integration of planning and traffic functions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES • Provide strategic and marketing leadership • Work with clients to uncover business needs and objectives, craft appropriate strategies, and identify/implement products to help achieve client goals • Create and interpret effective analysis to support marketing recommendations • Develop broad industry expertise • Build and grow client relationships • Understand clients' business, and generate new ideas to enhance client performance • Build trust, credibility, and client referrals • Effectively manage team • Manage a team of account service professionals • Foster teamwork and a constructive work environment • Provide team leadership that rewards creativity • Manage financial performance • Achieve client targets within the context of the underlying opportunity EXPERIENCE • College degree required • At least 5 years as a Senior Account Executive, Account Supervisor, or Manager • At least 3+ years of QSR experience, preferably brand or direct marketing experience at an advertising agency or client company, or product management at a client company • Demonstrated track record of client relationship development and service • Proven experience in managing teams working cross-functionally within an organization • Strong knowledge or experience in Internet businesses, account management/coordination, buying, client/campaign strategy, and media planning. • Strong interpersonal/communication skills

Job Requirements

The ideal Account Supervisor will have a College degree and at least 5 years as a Senior Account Executive, Account Supervisor, or Manager. At least 3+ years of Quick Service Restaurant experience, preferably brand or direct marketing experience at an advertising agency or Client Company, or product management at a client company. Strong knowledge or experience in Internet businesses, account management/coordination, buying, client/campaign strategy, and media planning.
