Call Center Engineer

GDH Consulting is looking for experienced Call Center Engineers to work on-site in Basking Ridge, NJ

Essential Job Functions for Call Center Engineer

  • Highly competent resource responsible for overseeing data center network architecture and engineering, in charge of business-critical systems, maintenance, operations, infrastructure architecture and engineering.
  • Will handle network routers, switches, and related equipment for both private cloud and traditional hosting implementations
  • Either in charge of installation or supports a team and/or contractors with deployments, and troubleshooting.
  • Will provide technical support to the network operation of large converged (data, voice, video) communications networks
  • Analyze and resolve network problems
  • Monitor network operations' efficiency
  • Write network architecture, engineering, and procedural documentation.

Requirements for Call Center Engineer

  • 10+ years relevant experience
  • Nexus (NX-OS) experience, all aspect of the platform
  • IOS , NAT, OSPF, BGP, Asymmetrical Routing, ACLs, VLAN, vPC, Fabric Extenders (FEXs), STP, MP-BGP, L3VPNs, L2 Tracing, SIP Trunking
  • Routing and Switching experience
  • CCNP-Routing and Switching or CCIE-Routing and Switching
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Education for Call Center Engineer

  • CCNP-Data Center or CCIE-Data Center
