Job Description

Our client, located in central New Jersey, has an exceptional PART-TIME position available for an Office Assistant.

Primary responsibilities include:
- Document Management
- Critical proofreading - comment on flow of written reports/materials
- Record keeping on case intake
- Tracking parties in legal disputes for purposes of conflict checks
- Review legal documents & prepare structure summaries of complaints, Bill of Particulars & Deposition transcripts
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations

Working hours: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. somewhat flexible

Requirements:
--Advanced Adobe Acrobat Pro DC & pdf document management/manipulation/data extraction/conversion
--Advanced PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Outlook
--Excellent Communication & organizational skills

This is a PART-TIME position working approx. 18-20 hrs per week, Tues - Thurs 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. can be a LITTLE bit flexible with schedule but it must be consistent. The salary will be commensurate with experience.
