Job Description

-2 years of help desk experience (answering calls, logging tickets in a ticketing system, and trouble shooting IT issues).
-Secret Clearance (preferably active secret clearance).

-Security+ CE certification. Requires the ability to obtain a Microsoft certification (MTA, MCP, MCITP, MCSA, etc) within the first month of hire. The alternative is that they take a Skillsoft course for the Microsoft certification and the completion of the course will suffice.

Daily responsibilities: Taking, troubleshooting, and resolving trouble calls via phone, ticketing system or walk-in clients. Typical calls include account lockout's, printer issues, hardware and software issues, building and installing software images, issuing and installing new hardware, and some user training. Wireless tablet with Windows 10 experience is highly desirable.
