Our East Side, custom compounding pharmacy client is looking for an HR Generalist to join their team!

We are looking for a professional who is detailed, organized, insightful, and customer focused. As an HR Generalist you will work with recruiting, employee relations, compensation, training, benefits, payroll, and safety.

Working hours: Mon-Fri

--Bachelor degree in Human Resources
--One-Three years of HR experience
--Excellent written and verbal communication skills
--Strong time management skills
--Outstanding conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
--Strong understanding of human resource practices and legal issues
--High sense of urgency and follow through are essential
