Responsible for the performance of relatively small non-technical projects or a definable portion of a larger program in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines. Requires Bachelor&s degree or equivalent and ten to twelve years of related (technical environment) experience.


  • As an action, tracking, and policy support person you will provide technical support at action item status meetings, and participate and run various internal and external committees, integrated product teams, staff meetings and other meetings as directed.
  • Track, file, close, and archive Tracking Information & Enterprise Response (TIER) actions initiated by internal and external organizations to include assigning, coordinating, consolidating, and evaluating group responses in order to present a polished, timely, and accurate product.
  • Report on action item status at the appropriate meetings. Assist executive support staff and cover their non-governmental functions.
  • Provide senior executive level staff support to Director, Deputy Director, Chief of Staff, and Government leads/program managers for assigned actions.
  • Track and report on action items at appropriate meetings. Review Intelligence Community (IC) policy documents, and provide highlights of pertinent sections to the Director, and others within the organization as required.
  • Provide scheduling, coordination, and logistical support in preparing presentations/briefings for senior staff meetings and reviews.
  • Working short-fused actions and briefings, maintain open communications with internal and external organizations in support of assigned tasks. Track and facilitate Air Force personnel in processing and out processing.
  • Provide assistance in drafting, tracking, and facilitating military/ government awards, appraisals, assignment re-locations, hiring package write-ups, training status, etc. Perform other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor of Science degree with a minimum of 10 years industry experience with an understanding of general Director&s Action Group (DAG) processes.
  • Must be proactive, able to work well independently and in groups, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Must have current IC Experience.
  • Must be comfortable interfacing daily with senior government leadership. Must be able to write correspondence.


  • Active TS/SCI with CI Poly.
