Customer Service Representative 3

Job Description

Immediate need for Inbound Customer Service Agent with a top company in West Des Moines, Iowa.

Pay : $12-13/hr starting out, then bumped up to $15/hr once on permanent. (Potential to be hired on after 90 days of employment)

MUST HAVES:
HS Diploma
2+ years customer service experience
1+ years computer experience

Responsible for responding to inquiries and complaints on more complex products/services and/or from premier customers. Duties may include: resolving complex inquiries and complaints from internal and external customers and upon escalation; processing complex transactions on-line; performing extensive research to resolve the complex customer problems; providing guidance and assistance to less experienced representatives either on the spot and/or via telephone; providing training on policies and procedures, new or enhanced services and/or procedural changes. May also cross-sell or refer products, review data and report trends to management, and project work.: 2+ years customer service experience.

Shift available:
8:30am-5:30pm
9:00am-6:00pm
9:30am-6:30pm
10:00am-7:00pm
11:00am-8:00pm
1:00pm-10:00pm
