OneStream is a growing company with 130+ employees worldwide. In the last year, we have more than doubled in size and we're slated to grow just as aggressively this year.  Take a look at our Careers page.  The positions range from Business Development/Sales to Technical Support and Software Engineering.  We are consistently hiring 15+ positions at one time, across multiple states and countries.  We need an experienced, friendly Recruiter who can successfully manage multiple positions at one time to join our team and make a big impact.  

You will work with all levels of management to create job postings, post active positions, manage candidate responses, screen candidates, promote potential fits to hiring manager for review, and schedule interviews. Eventually, you will be conducting interviews on your own. The right candidate will be someone who is great on the phone, articulate, friendly, and easy to talk to. This person must be engaging and excited to tell people about OneStream and our unique culture.  Some travel may be required to attend recruiting events at universities and colleges throughout Michigan and the East Coast.

RESPONSIBILITIES Recruitment, Selection, and Onboarding

  • Build a relationship with the hiring managers and get to know the needs of their individual departments.  

  • Develop timelines and set goals with hiring managers.

  • Leverage ApplicantPro ATS to screen, qualify, and communicate with candidates.

  • Develop job postings to accurately reflect job requirements and company culture.

  • Identify best channels for internal and external advertising of job vacancies, including professional associations, job boards, social media outlets, and recruitment events.

  • Attend external recruitment events (e.g. campus fairs, job fairs, and networking events) and participate as a company representative.

  • Respond to all applicants and schedule interviews for hiring managers.

  • Conduct phone interviews, lead in person interviews, and provide relevant feedback.

  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all candidates and applicants.

  • Support the HR department in other areas as needed.

Job Requirements

Formal Education and Certification

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field is a definite asset.

  • 1-2 years of recruiting experience.

  • Demonstrated success in recruiting field preferred.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Knowledge of recruiting and hiring systems.

  • Demonstrated skill in a Windows environment (using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

  • Excellent written and oral communication.

  • Basic understanding of employment laws and regulatory systems and requirements.

  • Proven ability to identify and resolve problems while maintaining professionalism.
