Job Description

ABOUT THE JOB

OneStream is a growing company with 130+ employees worldwide. In the last year, we have more than doubled in size and we're slated to grow just as aggressively this year.  Take a look at our Careers page.  The positions range from Business Development/Sales to Technical Support and Software Engineering.  We are consistently hiring 15+ positions at one time, across multiple states and countries.  We need an experienced, friendly Recruiter who can successfully manage multiple positions at one time to join our team and make a big impact.

You will work with all levels of management to create job postings, post active positions, manage candidate responses, screen candidates, promote potential fits to hiring manager for review, and schedule interviews. Eventually, you will be conducting interviews on your own. The right candidate will be someone who is great on the phone, articulate, friendly, and easy to talk to. This person must be engaging and excited to tell people about OneStream and our unique culture.  Some travel may be required to attend recruiting events at universities and colleges throughout Michigan and the East Coast.

It's a fun work environment. We embody the mantra, "Work Hard, Play Hard!" The right candidate is someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty. At a small company, there is nowhere to hide. We expect the best of every team member and count on one another to deliver on our promises. This is critical to our success and the success of our customers. You need to be ready to work hard, take ownership of your projects, and make this role your own!

Take a look at the job duties below and please apply soon. We're looking to fill this position immediately.  If you're seriously interested, please apply and include a cover letter summarizing why you're a good fit for this demanding and exciting role. Thank you for looking!
