Manager of Recruitment, Rochester Hills, MI
Our client, an affiliate of a Fortune 250 company, manages a nationwide continuum of premier medical service providers, is in a strong growth trajectory and looking for a highly professional and experienced Manager of Recruitment, Rochester Hills, MI.  This role will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare and medical personnel recruiters to ensure the full and consistent talent acquisition support of all corporate offices.  This position is a high visibility opportunity reporting to the Director of Recruitment and will provide consultation, support, leadership, oversight and tactical management to identify, attract and hire high quality candidates.  

  • Builds effective working relationships; provides timely, appropriate, and targeted service excellence to clients, customers (applicants) and other stakeholders
  • Leads all recruiting operations capabilities, including sourcing, screening, and coordination function.
  • Defines and communicates clear performance goals and objectives for the team.
  • Develops recruiting metrics and analytics that provide insight and drive decision, including time to fill, aging, cost per hire, candidate and hiring leader satisfaction surveys, recruiter productivity, source of candidate and hire, etc...
  • Provides leadership, inspiration and coaching to the recruiting team.
  • Oversees candidate sourcing, database management and follow-up.
  • Drives the team to develop comprehensive, strategic hiring strategies including passive candidate outreach, recruitment marketing plans and utilization of cutting-edge recruitment technologies.
  • Monitors advertising and marketing initiatives to address recruitment needs.


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5-10 years of experience in healthcare recruitment
  • 5+ years of Leadership experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, Windows, Excel, spreadsheet analysis
  • Ability to think outside the box, creative spirit
  • Ability to handle multiple projects
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


  • Salary range:  $80 - $105K
  • Full Benefits
