Transportation Compliance Analyst


TransForce, the nation’s leading provider of professional CDL driver staffing services, is seeking a versatile Transportation Compliance Analyst to handle various aspects of driver compliance.   The potential candidate will need to have extensive administrative skills and computer knowledge. The role of this position will be to review and approve driver applications and ensure that all files are compliant according to TransForce standards and as required by DOT.

The successful applicant will need to be able to produce and maintain daily reports, conduct employment verifications, compile and maintain proper driver files, database up keep and conducting background research as required. Strict adherence to the applicable federal, state, local laws and company policies and procedures are a must. This position will interact with managers on all levels throughout the company.

The ideal candidate must possess the following skills/experience:

          Minimum of two (2) years of in a professional office environment

          Computer proficiency using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel are required)

          Outstanding customer service using the telephone and interpersonal skill

          Ability to manage multiply tasks simultaneously

          Must have impeccable business ethics and integrity

          Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment

          High School diploma

          Typing 40 wpm

Desired Skills:

          Knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations

          Commercial transportation experience

          Acrobat Adobe knowledge
