Core benefits are eligible upon the first of the month following 90 days of employment. During an annual open enrollment on the first of May, eligible employees have the option to change and choose from a variety of coverage options.

Therefore, we have implemented an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) designed to provide assistance with personal concerns and the challenges of balancing work and personal life. The program is open to employees and their dependents, employee's spouse or significant other, and others permanently residing in an employee's household, related or not.
