We offer generous benefit plans and resources designed with employee health and satisfaction in mind. Most CCC Information Services Inc. benefits below cover the employee, spouse or same-sex domestic partner and eligible children or dependents.
Competitive and comprehensive medical plans are offered. These plans feature choice, access, and flexibility at competitive rates.
Two choices of dental coverage are offered: a Dental Maintenance Organization (DMO) or a Preferred Provider Plan (PPO).
The plan covers periodic exams, eyeglass lenses and frames, or contact lenses, up to a designated dollar amount. This benefit is offered to all employees covered under the medical plans.
Short-Term Disability (STD)
This plan provides salary continuation benefits in the event an eligible employee is unable to work due to non work-related illness or injury.
Long-Term Disability (LTD)
Long-term disability insurance begins after six months of disability and continues through the duration of the disability, up to age 65.
401(k) Retirement Savings & Investment Plan
Employees may contribute a percentage of their base salary up to the IRS maximum amount. The plan offers many investment options and employees are eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan on the first day of the month after employment. After six months of employment, the company matches 50 cents for every pre-tax dollar you contribute up to six percent of your eligible pay.
Employee Life Insurance
Employees receive life insurance upon employment with options to purchase additional insurance.
Paid Time Off
The Paid Time Off plan is designed to help employees better manage their work/life balance by providing a certain number of days per year of paid time off to address personal needs outside of work.
In addition to Paid Time Off, employees are paid on the following seven national holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, and Christmas Day.
You will accrue vacation, in addition to Paid Time Off, as soon as you start. Vacation increases as the length of service increases until reaching a cap.
Tuition reimbursement is available for employees choosing to continue their education in approved job-related or business classes. There are in-house training programs for technical and non-technical skills.
Health Care Flexible Spending Account
Eligible employees can contribute pre-tax dollars to help pay for eligible health care expenses, up to IRS maximums.
Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account
Eligible employees can contribute pre-tax dollars, per household, to pay for day care and elder care expenses, up to IRS maximums.
Transportation Management Account
Pay for mass transit commuting expense and/or parking expense with pre-tax dollars, up to IRS annual maximums.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
LifeWorks® is a free, 24 hour a day resource, that helps employees and their family members face life’s everyday challenges.
Corporate America Family Credit Union membership is offered to all employees. This not-for-profit organization provides comprehensive benefits to its members including low rates on home equity loans and a VISA credit card with a reward program.
Perk Spot discount programs offer savings on popular goods and services. These national and local discounts are accessible online to all employees.
