Overview
Comprehensive Cancer Centers of Nevada (CCCN) has provided oncology services to residents and visitors for more than 35 years. CCCN comprises medical oncologists, radiation oncologists and breast surgeons, with 11 treatment centers and offices throughout Southern Nevada.

CCCN offers state-of-the-art technologies, latest advancements in cancer treatment and groundbreaking clinical research through national affiliations with The US Oncology Network and the UCLA Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center. The practice conducts more than 160 Phase I, Phase II and Phase III clinical trials each year and has played a role in developing 51 FDA-approved cancer therapies, accounting for nearly one-third of all approved therapies to date.

In 2011, Comprehensive Cancer Centers of Nevada earned the Quality Oncology Practice Initiative (QOPI) certification which demonstrates a commitment to excellence and ongoing quality improvement in the hematology-oncology outpatient practice. CCCN is the only oncology group in Nevada to have earned this QOPI certification through the American Society of Clinical Oncology. CCCN has also received an accreditation from the American College of Radiology making it the only oncology practice in Southern Nevada to receive the accreditation for five consecutive three year terms.

The practice also earned the American Society of Clinical Oncology’s 2009 Clinical Trials Participation Award, making CCCN one of two medical practices in the state to receive the recognition in the past seven years. Additionally, CCCN has received the Las Vegas Women's Chamber of Commerce Diversity Award, the Health Science Achievement Award for outstanding clinical research from Nevada Biotechnology & Science Consortium, “Everyday Heroes Award” for Community Impact from the American Red Cross, the Clinical Trials Participation Award from the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), the Hematology & Oncology Practice Excellence (HOPE) Award from Hematology & Oncology News & Issues for its excellence in customer service, “The Best Company to Work For” award from Nevada Business Magazine and In Business Las Vegas, the Everyday Heroes Award for Community Impact and Par For The Cure’s Louise M. Nicosia Award in 2010.
