"We wish every staffing company operated like THE RIGHT STAFF!"

Why do we hear this comment from our clients and candidates again and again? What makes us different? Simply stated, there are four basic reasons for our success:

By design, our firm consists of one of the most experienced staffing and recruiting groups in the Twin Cities area. Individuals seek us out to become associates. We select only those exceptional people who know how to provide exceptional service.

Business Model
THE RIGHT STAFF has developed a unique approach to the staffing and employment services business model. This approach delivers to the high
level of expectations for both our clients and candidates.

Our firm has the right combination of resources to draw from the best elements
of both a large national company and a strong regional company. We focus on
the details to help build close, long-term business relationships.

Our associates have successfully placed thousands of qualified candidates with our client companies over the past three decades. When the right person is matched with the right company and position, the results are productivity, profitability and success!

It sounds simple, but isn't this what we all want?

Success starts with The Right People
We know there are many staffing options you can choose. When you select THE RIGHT STAFF, our goal is to make things easy for you. Whether you are a candidate or client, let us show you how to achieve success with your employment needs.

THE RIGHT STAFF considers you the "Best of the Best" and we want to help you succeed. We are here to support YOU! We want to help you find the right job and help you grow your career. While most of your questions can be answered by consulting your Employee Handbook, we offer the following tips to increase your value as an employee of THE RIGHT STAFF. Before you accept a position: Check your calendar for any previous commitments. When a client requests temporary help, the need for an employee is critical. Our clients are counting on you to be at your assignment every day for the total duration of the assignment. If you have a previous commitment that will interfere with employment, please discuss this with your Recruiting Associate before accepting the assignment. Checklist of what you should know about the position before you start:

  • Job description including specific skills needed
  • Work schedule: Start and end times, break and lunch schedules, shift schedule
  • Pay rate: Including overtime rate if applicable
  • Address, specific employee entry door and employee parking area
  • Supervisor's name, or person you should report to on your first day
  • What is the appropriate dress for the position?
  • If this is a temporary assignment, what is the expected end date?
  • What you can do to make your employment a success before the first day:
  • Review the Company website
  • Take a "test drive" before the first day. Make allowances for traffic and weather conditions.
  • Your Recruiting Associate will contact your supervisor or other contact person on the first day to make sure the day is a success. Thereafter, quality checks are made at scheduled times. Most questions can be answered by consulting THE RIGHT STAFF Employee Handbook. Please feel free to contact your Recruiting Associate to clarify additional concerns. Quality performance on the job can lead to permanent placement. On an average workday in the U.S., over 3 million people in the workplace are temporary or contract employees. Of these 3 million, over half of these workers move into permanent positions after proving themselves on an assignment. By doing your best every day, YOU could be one of these!
