Regular full time employees are eligible to participate on the first day of the month following 90 days of continuous employment. Medical coverage includes prescription coverage and is available for Employee Only or Family. Employee contributions are made through payroll deduction. Base Plan

Short-Term Disability – Prudential Financial
  • Benefits begin on the 15th calendar day following injury or sickness
  • The maximum benefit period is 11 weeks
  • Coverage amount is 50% of your base salary up to a maximum of $600 per week.
  • Rates are based on an employee's current age (adjusted each year on the plan anniversary date) and salary
Long-Term Disability - Prudential Financial
  • Benefits begin after 90 days of total disability (as defined in the insurance contract)
  • Coverage amount is 60% of your base salary to a maximum of $5,000 per month. Other forms of income may reduce LTD benefits
  • Drivers may select either a 2-year or 5-year benefit
  • Rates are based on which benefit is selected (2 year or 5 year), an employee's current age (adjusted each year on the plan anniversary date) and salary.

Company Drivers
  • At least 22 years old at the time of application.
  • Must have one year of verifiable tractor/trailer experience in the past three years, or completed a certified training school and three months of verifiable tractor/trailer experience immediately following completion of school.
  • Must hold a valid CDL Class A license issued by the applicant's state of residence.
  • Good driving record.
  • No DWI, DUI, Careless or Reckless Driving or Chemical Refusal convictions within the last 5 years.
