After exhaustive reviews of our service delivery processes, which are supported by our Quality Assurance System, by an independent auditor, we became the first uniformed security company to be certified ISO 9001:2008 at both our corporate headquarters and all of our field offices in December 2004. In December 2007 we were recertified for an additional 3 years.
