Health Insurance: Comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage is provided to you and your eligible dependents on the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.
401(k) Retirement Savings Plan: After completing only one year of service with CDS Global, you may enroll in the savings plan (if you are 21 years of age or older). CDS Global will match 50 percent of your contribution up to 3 percent of your annual salary. And you are fully vested after only three years of service with CDS Global!
Life Insurance: You may enroll in the group life insurance plan for yourself and your dependents, free of charge. Supplemental life insurance for you and your spouse can also be purchased.
All regular full-time and regular part-time employees are eligible for PTO
benefits. PTO will be used for absences from work for vacation, illness,
appointments, dependent care, personal responsibilities, etc. The amount
of PTO employees receive each year is based on length of service from the
benefits eligibility date and is awarded on the common date of Jan. 1.
The table below shows CDS Global’s PTO schedule for regular full-time employees
who work 40 standard weekly hours.
Tuition Assistance: After six months of employment,
you are eligible for tuition reimbursement (up to 85 percent of tuition cost)
to help you achieve your educational goals. Fitness Reimbursement: After
six months of employment, you can receive up to $200 annually as reimbursement
