First Equity Mortgage

As the mortgage lending arm of The
Drees Company, we've been financing new home construction for more than 30
years. In that time, we've closed over $5 billion in loans. We've also learned
a thing or two about the special requirements of new construction financing.

We're part of the Drees family of
homebuilding companies. That means you'll work with one integrated
organization, not several disparate ones. The fewer the players, the simpler
the process. The more coordination with your builder, the fewer the surprises.
