It began in 1995 with a simple concept—serve fresh food fast. Something that was virtually unheard of at the time. Fast forward to the present... and we’re redefining the fast-casual dining industry once again.

Noodles & Company offers the world’s favorite noodle dishes, sandwiches, salads and soups, all in one restaurant. Each dish is carefully hand made to our guests’ specifications, using only the freshest ingredients. It’s individually sautéed or prepared, placed on our signature stoneware and served tableside with stainless steel flatware. All for around $8 a dish. There’s never any tipping at Noodles.

Our dishes are inspired by the individuality, creativity and cultural heritage of cuisines from around the globe. From Penne Rosa to Japanese Pan Noodles, The Med Salad, Thai Curry Soup, and of course our famous Wisconsin Mac & Cheese, only the most authentic ingredients make the cut.

Noodles & Company is a fast-casual restaurant chain where its globally inspired dishes come together to create Your World Kitchen.  It is a restaurant where Japanese Pan Noodles rest comfortably next to Penne Rosa and Wisconsin Mac & Cheese, but where world flavors don’t end at just noodles.  Inspired by some of the world’s most celebrated flavor combinations, Noodle & Company’s menu offers appetizers, soups, salads and sandwiches, too. Noodle Favorites: Japanese Pan Noodles – Carmelized udon noodles in a sweet soy sauce, broccoli, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, Asian sprouts, black sesame and cilantro. Try with sautéed beef. Penne Rosa – Spicy tomato cream sauce, penne pasta, mushrooms, tomato, spinach and wine, parmesan or feta. Try with parmesan crusted chicken. Wisconsin Mac & Cheese – A blend of cheddar and jack cheeses, cream, elbow macaroni – our most popular dish! Try with meatballs.

In the 18 years since Noodles & Company’s founding, the core concept has not changed. It’s about serving real food, real quick. It starts with fresh and wholesome ingredients that are sautéed to order, just for you.

Our menu is broadly appealing and is loved by kids and adults alike. Our noodle dishes, soups, sandwiches and salads range from healthful to indulgent and spicy to comforting. Pad Thai? We got it. Mac & Cheese? It’s our most popular dish. Looking for something on the lighter side? Our Chinese Chop Salad and Med Salad are full of flavor.

Don’t you hate those places that make a big deal out of custom orders? No need to worry. We encourage our guests to customize their dish to their liking. So add in a protein like naturally-raised pork or organic tofu or swap out a vegetable – we have 14 of them to choose from on our menu.

We also do things a little bit different at Noodles, so don’t be surprised. Your made-to-order dish will be delivered to your table within minutes on real china with real silverware. We won’t scream out your name. And don’t even try to find a trash can in our restaurant – we’ll clear the table for you. And the best part, no tip required.
