Why Sales?

The truth is, sales is one of the highest paid professions a person can go into. And statistics show there are three occupations considered to be top tickets to wealth — banking, realty, and insurance.

One of the biggest myths about sales is that it is a risky venture. When you think about it, the amount of money you make is all up to you. After all, you’re only paid when you sell your product, and there is no limit on how many sales you can make. Plus, renewals is the key difference between insurance and other sales professions. Finding success in this profession is very rewarding because you know you’re paid what you deserve.
Benefits
New Agents who join UA are offered the best training resources possible. Generally, recruits are first offered product training in the office, concentrating on two to three health and Life products. Agents are also offered field training with their Unit or Branch Manager to see how they conduct a sales presentation. If interested, Agents can choose to attend one of our national New Agent Training Schools held every two weeks. These two-day seminars feature detailed information on products, prospecting and lead closing and have been highly effective.
