Guidance services are available to all VISTA students. Our goal is to assist all students in attaining their desired educational objectives. The faculty and staff welcome the opportunity to assist students in resolving problems that become obstructions to the educational process. Students requiring further professional assistance will be provided information about agencies that they may contact.
All graduates eligible for placement assistance have equal access to the Career Services Department. VISTA will make every effort to supply employment leads to all graduates who request these services or who are not working in his/her field of study. It is expected that graduates utilizing this service will fully cooperate with the Career Services Department in the job search activities, and will demonstrate a good faith effort to secure a position in his/her field of study.
Admission to VISTA is based on equal opportunity without distinction or discrimination for race, sex, religion, national origin, age, color, creed, sexual orientation, or disability.
Students with Disabilities
Applicants with disabilities are encouraged to meet with the Campus Director to help identify any reasonable accommodation issues which need to be addressed in order for the student to be able to participate in school functions and/or activities. The disabled student must notify the Campus Director far enough in advance to allow the school a reasonable opportunity to accommodate the student's needs.
