Winner Automotive Group began in 1976 and is a
family-owned and operated organization with two generations of
leadership.  Founded by John Hynansky, Winner is now under its second
generation of family leadership and continues to grow.  Our family of
dealerships includes:

premier pre-owned dealership.  In addition there are three Winner
Collision Centers located in Wilmington, Newark and Dover.

Medical, Dental, Vision, & Aflac Insurance - Winner Automotive Group shares in the cost of both the Medical & Dental Insurance offered. Eligibility is the first of the month following 60 days.

Life Insurance – Winner Automotive Group provides access to a basic life insurance plan for eligible employees. Additional supplemental life insurance coverage may also be purchased.

401k Savings Plan - Eligible employees can elect the amount to contribute.  This enables each employee the ability to tailor a retirement package to meet their specific needs. The enrollment period is January and July after completion of 1 year of service.

Paid Holidays, Personal Time, & Vacation Time –Winner Automotive Group observes seven (7) holidays, three (3) personal days, and a minimum one week vacation upon eligibility.
