Our Values at Work

Our values guide all of our actions and priorities. For example, our employees’ day-to-day safety is our number one priority. A close number two is assuring we provide only the highest quality products and services to our customers. We protect our environment and get involved in our communities.

We value teamwork, combined with personal accountability and growth. That means open communication, a fundamental respect for diverse perspectives and skills, support for each other, and constant learning. As our CEO Rick Frost likes to say, “None of us is as smart as all of us!”
The best building products come from the best people. That’s why LP is committed to building a diverse team of the most talented, enthusiastic employees in the industry. In return, you’ll find a refreshingly comfortable work environment, open-door policy, competitive compensation and benefits, and a passionate commitment to safety.
