Today, we provide a wide array of tools and resources, including our online Development Center where employees can access training anytime, anywhere. All managers have access to Harvard ManageMentor®, an online resource for development, videos, articles and tools that helps managers be more successful in their career with the company. American Tower also encourages employees to seek further learning opportunities outside the workplace by providing an educational assistance program.
