Job Description
Credit Analyst I

East West Bank is currently seeking a Loan Coordinator/Credit Analyst to input and update loan data into financial institution computer system; assemble and verify loan documents for accuracy. The candidate will act as the primary operational contact for customer inquiries, research issues, and respond to customer questions. As well as input and monitor customer requirement such as financial statements and other documentation using various customer databases.

  • Update and enter data loan into data system and evaluation of projections
  • Evaluate both cash-flow and collateral-based loans, credits
  • Deal with all areas of the bank to accomplish the needs of clients and supporting multiple Relationship Managers.
  • Knowledge of the wholesale bank products, especially Treasury management and depository accounts.
  • Performs all duties of routine administrative upkeep of portfolios for Relationship Managers.
  • Demonstrate sales skills as it relates to identifying new sales and service opportunities in supported portfolios.
  • Other projects as assigned

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of previous banking required, commercial real estate experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred – emphasis in finance or accounting
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate lending procedures, laws and regulations
  • Demonstrate strong service and support oriented skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
