Educational/Skills Requirements

    At least three years experience in recruitment required, including but not limited to sourcing, cold-calling, and developing short-term and pipeline recruitment programs.  
    Nursing recruitment experience desired.
     Experience in recruitment marketing desired. 
     Identify and recruit health care professionals for many disciplines

    Review candidate applications

    Responsible for credentialing

    Interviewing and onboarding of candidates

    Link Successful candidates to open job orders

    Bachelor’s degree preferred.
