As an Insurance Professional your role will be that of a Risk Manager - helping to protect people’s assets. Most people spend a lifetime of hard work accumulating the equity in their home and contents, their vehicles and savings. Your role is to protect families from catastrophic loss and get them back where they belong when losses happen. You will be in the business of providing security and peace of mind.

Farmers program offers $41K Subsidy + Commissions, Renewals & Bonuses your first year.

We also offer a $6,000 Military (must have a DD214) or Bilingual Bonus!

  • Our Top 10% earn an average of over $500,000 / yr.

  • Our Top 1 % earn over $1,000,000 / yr

Job Requirements

Candidate Requirements:

    • Insurance Licenses - Property Casualty / Life Health
    • Insurance Industry Experience
    • 3-5 Years in Outside Sales Experience
    • History of Success
    • Bachelors Degree Preferred but not required
    • Social Media Experience in Business Capacity
    • Strong Prospecting Experience
