The Chamberlain Group is looking for the best Technical Services

Representative in Tucson for our next training class. 


The Technical Service Representative is responsible for resolving customer

calls, emails, and faxes with an emphasis on providing world class customer satisfaction.


We offer:

Technical Support Representatives earn $11.20/hour and a differential for those who speak Spanish or French.

Job Requirements

Successful candidates will have:

  • A passion for providing excellent customer service
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to help customers resolve issues over the phone
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • One year experience in a high volume customer assistance environment 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    Strong computer skills
    Motivation and a sense of urgency to get the job done- every day!
