The Sales / Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for developing IT and engineering business contacts, uncovering and developing new clients in order to fulfill permanent placement, contract placement and contract to hire needs. The Business Development Manager is expected to gather the necessary job requisitions and facilitate the job requisition information to the Recruiting Manager.
Day to Day Activities Include:
- New business generation
- Client development
- Job requisition management
- Client visits
- Cold calling
- Database maintenance
The qualified individual will have a minimum of 1+ year experience selling in a technical industry.
This fast-paced environment requires multi-tasking skills and the ability to communicate effectively.

* Must be able to cold call on a daily basis
* Must have good oral and written communication skills
