Job Description

Are you looking for an opportunity to develop clinical skills in a supportive and welcoming environment? Arbour Counseling Services would be your employer of choice! We are looking for YOU!
We are seeking Master’s level clinicians to provide outpatient mental health services in our NORWELL Clinic. Hours are can be very flexible; you can create your own schedule with day and evening hours. This is a per diem position to start but has the potential of becoming full time / part time benefit eligible.

Our dedicated clinicians deliver direct services to clients, and may provide individual or family/couples services at our outpatient center; participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning; and ensures that any treatments delivered are within the scope of the therapist’s training, experience and general level of competence. We provide a wide variety of treatment options and continuum of services within Arbour Counseling Services and the entire Arbour Health System.

Your duties will vary but may include:
*Assesses client’s or family’s needs and eligibility for services
*Provides individual, couples and family therapy in accordance with assigned client needs
*Provides therapy to clients in accordance with applicable credentials
*Maintains family contact regarding client adjustments
*Participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning
*Develops and maintains client case records, notes, plans and reports
*Establishes and maintains effective working relationships within the agency, community and referral sources.
*Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related Program from an accredited college or University.
*Ability to communicate effectively with professionals and clients/families
*Ability to make accurate assessments and provide appropriate treatment
*Independent level of licensure is preferred, but LMHC supervision hours are available if licensure eligible.
