New angle on customer service . . .  

It used to be about answering the phones, but customer service has gone way beyond that. The BrightKey Call Center is filled with professionals who handle customer inquiries and order processing by email and web chat, in addition to the more traditional phone, mail, and fax. We’ve now re-named our Call Center to better convey the full range of services we provide. BrightKey’s Customer Care Center—currently expanding to accommodate growth—will take care of our client’s customers in the way they prefer to communicate.  

We are currently in need of a Customer Service Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for an assigned group of clients and staff including; staff development, training, process improvement, profit levels, performance monitoring and evaluation.  Primary responsibility for client relations and retention. 

Applicants must have:

  • Ability to multi-task across multiple organizations and departments.

  • Experience and comfortable with public speaking.

  • Experience interacting with and presenting to senior management.

  • Ability to occasionally travel overnight for up to a week at a time for client meetings and conferences.

  • Engaging approach to face to face client interactions.

  • Ability to lead by example by addressing overflow queue calls and resolving escalated situations.

  • Experience training and coaching team members to ensure consistently high service levels.

  • Experience with managing data collection and presentation.

Job Requirements

  • HS Diploma or equivalent.
  • Positions require experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Candidates must be able to type at least 35 wpm.

Previous experience required.  Background and credit check required.
