Our software and suite of financial services manages patient records and accounts receivable, allowing FPC Clients to focus on providing excellent services to their patients and growing their Dental practice. FPC leverages an extremely effective regional team sales and support approach across the U.S., comprised of the Sales Executives and Practice Advisors. We are searching for a Sales Executive that is a consistent high achiever, strong team player, who is a relationship builder, and has a proven history of effective solution-selling in the Phoenix and metro Region. 

Job Requirements


The Regional Sales Executive is responsible for prospecting new Client opportunities, effectively representing the value of FPC’s products and services to Dental practices within their assigned territory. The Regional Sales Executive will build and maintain strong and positive brand recognition for First Pacific Corporation by establishing and maintaining positive relationships within the Dental community in their Region. The Regional Sales Executive will be expected to come up to speed very rapidly and cultivate new Client Opportunities and convert those Opportunities to FPC Clients.


This is an individual, quota-assigned, field Sales role that requires frequent travel in your assigned Region.  The ideal candidate must be very confident, highly motivated, success-driven, well-organized, and possess the ability to work very effectively and professionally in both a team, as well as independent environment. FPC offers a highly competitive compensation package, plus a company car.


Requisite Qualifications: Education and/or Related Experience

*Prior Dental and/or Medical field Sales experience is highly preferred.

College degree or equivalent successful Sales experience. BS or BA in Business or related field is preferred.

5+ years proven, successful consultative and solution-based sales experience.


Proficient with customer relationship management software.


Experience establishing, cultivating and maintaining professional business relationships.
