Job Description

Position Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks

  • Management of web strategy including, web content, development, design and social media
  • Proven ability to communicate, negotiate, and collaborate with internal and external teams to solve problems and develop extraordinary technical strategy around content creation, curation and distribution
  • Act as a liaison between business ownership and technology
  • Demonstrated ability to collect and analyze data and identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in multiple campaigns.
  • Ability to track, report, and analyze website analytics, initiatives, and campaigns
  • Produce web pages and content as needed
  • Self-starter, able to do work independently, without direct supervision
  • Write and implement content for websites and business-owned applications
  • Ensure the websites are fresh, effective, and up to date on a daily basis
  • Oversee implementation of content solutions, performing production tasks directly or working with team members and/or vendor developers to complete the work
  • Undertake ongoing analysis of the sites and applications through Google Analytics, user testing, and occasional surveys to determine effectiveness of sites and recommend modifications.
  • Work with marketing team to share content and help develop marketing materials
  • Work cross functionally with sales, operations, IT, legal, and other departments
  • Act as a liaison between business ownership and technology
  • Manage the content lifecycle to ensure quality content and user experience
  • Effectively manage multiple vendor relationships
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements



Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Superior writing skills
  • Strong Analytical skills and knowledge of web analytics
  • Knowledge of desktop and mobile website technologies
  • Ability to maintain strong relationships with partners
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • HTML
  • CSS
  • Design/Wireframing
  • Javascript
  • SEO
  • Google Analytics
  • User Testing
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Excellent presentation, communication, leadership, organization, research, and team-work skills
  • Marketing orientation; ability to write copy that sells and that is appropriate for the web and other electronic communications.
  • Demonstrated understanding of best practices in information architecture and taxonomy design and maintenance
  • Demonstrated understanding of Web design, production methods, and usability best practices
  • Experience in writing and maintaining policy, process, and procedure documentation

 

 

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Position requires working at a desk at the corporate office for periods of time up to eight hours
