Job Description


Local Non-Profit in the Central Business District is seeking a PART TIME Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Secretary Treasurer!

 
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Answering a multi-lined phone system, handling mail and email, and providing general customer service
  • Handling multiple special projects as requested
  • Managing files and archives, correspondence, memos, minutes, agendas, and the annual report
  • Coordinating and attending meetings and distributes meeting packets
  • Ordering supplies and handling places maintenance requests
 
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent with 2-4 years business experience in the field
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs and QuickBooks
  • Strong typing skills: at least 60wpm
 
Ideal candidate:
  • WILL have strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • WILL be a critical thinker and a problem solver
  • MUST take initiative and be eager/open to learning new things.
  • WILL possess strong organizational and time management skills.
  • WILL be detailed and accurate and good with multi-tasking.
