Job Description

Amkor Technology, Inc. is seeking an HR Administrator, LMS and Performance, in our corporate office in Tempe, AZ. This position will provide primary support for Amkor US offices, foreign sales offices, as well as back up support for the Global HRIS function. This position is responsible for providing HR system support, standard reporting and functional system support to include regression testing procedures after system upgrades and bug patches. In addition, this position will be responsible for providing analysis and support of various human resource projects, programs and initiatives. This position will also be responsible for maintaining process procedures for all HRIS systems and training the end user. This position will report to the HRIS Manager and also serve as a back-up to the HRIS Manager for global system administration for approximately 27,000 employees worldwide.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for the administration of Learning Management System courses and employee assignments
• Responsible for the configuration and ongoing maintenance of various modules within our HRIS cloud system as assigned
• Responsible for understanding existing integrations and making modifications by partnering with IT on the creation of new integrations as needs arise
• Ensure testing capability and adherence to the quarterly regression and change management testing process for the HRIS system
• Partner with IT to create and maintain testing scripts that can be utilized in the execution of testing across multiple modules of the HR system
• Maintain and run regular, periodic and ad-hoc reports on employee data from the HRIS system while ensuring report results are consistent, reliable and accurate
• Manage special projects and initiatives independently to include escalating issues promptly, staying on schedule, proper documentation and updates
• Assist HR team members with problems, concerns, or questions relating to HRIS system preferred functionality across all modules
• Suggest methods to update, simplify, and enhance processes, procedures, and technologies based on user feedback and upcoming system enhancements
• Maintain awareness of current trends in HRIS with a focus on product and customer service
• Assist with process improvement projects and implementation of new functionalities for HRIS systems
• Troubleshooting and resolving reported HRIS issues, unexpected results or process/system flaws
• Submitting and monitoring open tickets for system fixes or enhancements globally
• Back up for monitoring global work flow, functionality, permissions and reporting
• Back up for general system administration at a global level to include updating general system setting and system master data such as organization information, job information, roles, workflows etc.
• Back up for compliance related items such as assigning security rights, employee / manager permissions and assisting with the audit process across all modules globally
• Back up for conducting system reviews to ensure integrity of employee data and alignment with other systems
• Maintain and/or develop HRIS user procedures, guidelines and documentation
• Serve as a training resource for creation of end user documentation and delivery of training in a corporate environment

Job Requirements

• Requires at least 8 years HRIS experience to include cloud based systems with a preference of SAP SuccessFactors
• Requires experience with Learning Management System administration
• Bachelor's Degree required with a focus in Human Resources or Information Technology preferred
• A strong working knowledge of HRIS systems in areas of hierarchy reporting structure, employee data, pay information, benefits, performance management, recruitment and training
• Experience using reporting/query tools and data management tools
• Possess the detail orientation and desire to work with data, report writing, metrics and audits
• Ability to maintain a detail oriented approach while multitasking in a fast paced environment
• Adept training and knowledge transfer skills
• Basic knowledge of system interfaces
• Must have strong work ethics and a high level of confidentiality to ensure proper handling of sensitive information
• Work collaboratively with other members of HR, IT and payroll partners
• Ability to adjust to rapidly changing priorities
• Willingness to attend seminars and completes other training to remain current on system functionality and industry trends

• Experience with SuccessFactors, BenefitFocus and ADP systems are strongly desired. Training experience is preferred
