Job Description



Baker Street Pub and Grill and Sherlock's Pubs are looking for managers with full service casual dining, as well as bar experience. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST BE: a high energy manager who is committed to coaching teams, have a passion for outstanding customer service and be a leader who can help a company make money, drive sales, and set an outstanding example for the team. Previous restaurant experience is required and experience in a fast-paced environment with multiple daily peaks is a plus. Good computer skills & cost accounting experience are necessary!


Primary responsibilities include: Restaurant staffing, maintaining excellent guest satisfaction, opening and closing financial responsibilities, maintaining visibility for staff and guest support.


We offer competitive salaries and an aggressive bonus plan. Our bonus plan is based on performance on standards, sales, costs and profits. Bonuses are awarded every quarter.

Computer Skills                                                                

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of  The Company's Accounting software; Human Resource systems; Inventory software; Order processing systems; Payroll systems and Spreadsheet software.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations  

Responsible Alcohol Services Certification

Food Safety Certification
