Job Description



Responsibilities include:  

  • Maintaining CRM system including assisting sales teams in keeping data current, generating reports and other tasks to help track and evaluate sales opportunities.
  • Assist in managing workflow for key projects from PO through delivery including scheduling shipping from fabrication shop to customer site. 
  • Assist in building customer database for sales and marketing outreach. 
  • Organize & manage photo library, engineering report library and other knowledgebase folders.
  • Assist Director of Marketing as needed in other activities including website & collateral updates, tradeshows coordination, and sales support.

Job Requirements



  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, prefer marketing and/or business degree.
  • Two years of business experience in marketing or capital sales support role. 
  • Demonstrable experience with CRM systems. Prefer Sugar CRM, but open to Pipedrive, Salesforce, Oracle CRM software, etc.) 
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and follow-up skills, effective planning and organizational skills, along with proficient computer application skills.
  • An ability to work with diverse business and engineering groups is a must.
