Database Data Entry Clerk:

Care Customer Representative I, Client Service Representatives and Customer Service Specialist 
  • Title: Database Data Entry Clerk

Candidates must have Database Entry Experience (Not 10-Key)
Scope of Work:
The purpose of the Data Entry Clerk is to enter and process prescription service information into the Patient Services and Support database. In addition to their regular duties, they will also be expected to assist with other ad-hoc projects and cross train within the call center environment.

*Enter and process new and existing patient orders and services into database
*Obtain further information for incomplete documents
*Record activities in the patient database and follow up to secure services (such as product training, mailing of promotional materials, etc.) for our customers by contacting physicians offices, pharmacies, and other external entities to ensure patient's needs are met. Education required: High
*Experience working with databases (CRM preferable) or a tracking system.
*Computer literacy and good keyboarding skills
*Strong ability to multi-task and strong time management skills
*Ability to function in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
*Ability to manage relationships with patients and other contacts to ensure that all actions and follow-throughs are completed
*Maintain a professional demeanor by demonstrating our values in all communications and interactions with patients, caregivers, health care professionals, teammates, and others
*Dependable and strong work ethic
*Ability to accept and implement feedback and coaching Specific type of experience preferred:
*Experience working in a health care/pharmaceutical industry environment
*Understanding of challenges associated with patients medical condition
*At least 2 years experience working with people in situations that are high-pressure and time-sensitive (either telephone or face-to-face), and that involve solving problems, making decisions, using excellent judgment and customer service skills. This can be obtained through a combination of work experience and post high school education, and need not be obtained in a traditional customer service setting.

Job Requirements

HS / Associate / Bachelor Degree

Must haves:
  • At least 2-5 years’ experience working  in  high-pressure and time-sensitive situations
  •  Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail 
  • - Demonstrates engagement in work tasks fully 
  • - Avoids common distractions 
  • - DE experience (this is not 10-key) 
  • - Very detailed analysis required
