Job Description

Duties/Responsibilities:

1) Safely set up and test technology equipment prior to the start of the event each day (i.e. computers, projectors, screens, audio) to include approximately 5 rooms to be completed prior to 5:30-6:00 AM

2) Provide onsite technical support throughout the entire event

3) Maintain assets to include ensuring assets are accounted for at all times and properly utilized/maintained

4) Post and manage all onsite signage for event

5) Safely take down and store all assets at the conclusion of the event

6) Manage shuttle schedule during event, coordinating with participants, hotel staff &  Travel

7) Maintain a safe, clean and organized workspace

8) Proactively communicate technology needs and concerns with BNSF coordinator

9) Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications

1) Ability to support all dates listed above in entirety (no exceptions)

2) Ability to successfully perform the duties/responsibilities listed above

3) Proven experience in coordinating/supporting like-technology (i.e projection and audio systems)

4) Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and PC projection functionality

5) Ability to interact professionally with BNSF leaders, participants, and onsite staff at all times

6) Ability to perform assigned tasks safely, completely and in a timely fashion working within a set agenda

7) Strong attention to detail

8) Safety-minded work style

Preferred Qualifications

- 5+ years’ proven experience with audio/visual technology

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Required Education

- Successful completion High School diploma or equivalent
