Job Description


We are a north Suburban Bank looking for an individual with 2 years of previous banking experience. Candidate must have customer service background, strong computer skills, with a knowledge of online banking and/or internet support. This position assists with customer transactions by telephone and/or email, resolves routine customer service problems and acts as a liaison with other GSB departments, when necessary.

Provides online internet banking assistance. Besides having a good handle on all electronic banking offerings, also, assists customers with the enrollment processes for these products, as well as reset passwords, assist with bill pay issues, trouble shoot customer connection issues with regards to their internet browser, research mobile banking and on-line banking issues.

Job Requirements

Hours are as follows: 
Monday thru Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, with 1 evening shift per week till 6 pm 
Saturday, 7 am - 1 pm (as needed) 
MUST be flexible and available to work within those hours.
