Join a small, 4 person team in Centennial that handles inbound calls for healthcare professionals! This company seeks to provide resources and empower medical practice administrators and hospital administrators to innovate and create meaningful changes in healthcare.

The Customer Service Center Representative will be responsible for handling inbound calls from members and customers with an extremely high level of customer service and professionalism.

The CSR will explain products and benefits to members and up-sell products. They will assist with lapsed member win-back calls when needed. 

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • 1 - 2 years of professional experience in a call center or customer support required.
  • Data entry experience
  • Basic Microsoft Office and Excel skills
