Human Resources Administrator

  • Assist with the day to day functions of the HR department and projects as needed.
  • Assist with preparing listings of all upcoming events.
  • Maintain inventory and ordering of supplies as needed for the HR Department.
  • Assist in on-boarding and new hire orientation including preparing new hire files.
  • Help organize and maintain all HR department files and records.
  • Maintain employee data in HRIS and other business applications.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a Human Resources Department
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with helpful and positive demeanor.
  • Flexibility to assist in all areas of the HR Department as needed.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Power point and Excel a must!
  • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
  • Excellent time management skills and sense of urgency necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills and ability to 
    multi-task and manage changing priorities. 
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive matters regarding payroll, benefits and employee issues.
