In addition to the duties of a Receptionist: Type correspondence, reports, lists and tabulations. Edit grammar, spelling, punctuation, and document structure. Update calendar/schedule for manager. Coordinate manager?s appointments, travel arrangements and meetings. Schedule facilities. Research and resolve problems. Aide manager in more complex tasks. Maintains logs, records and filing systems. Phone and mail duties.
In addition to the skills of a Receptionist: Mature and responsible personality; Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. The ideal candidate must be able to create and work with formulas within an Excel Spreadsheet. Effective organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills required to help resolve routine problems, answer general questions, and know when to escalate more complex issues. They'll be greeting clients at the office, so they must be professionally dressed and be able to communicate professionally.
High school diploma (or equivalent) and 1-2 years of customer service experience and 1-2 years or administrative experience required.
