Job Description

As a well-rounded, talented HR Generalist, your full skill set of time management, organization, and people skills will help you to move to an HR Manager position at this growing manufacturer.  To be considered, you must have a bachelor’s degree and 8 years’ of experience in HR working in a manufacturing facility. 

Salary $65,000 - $85,000 + Bonus, Excellent Benefits & Paid Relocation 
You will be a valuable asset to the HR Manager in this 500+ full-time employee facility using your leadership skills to train employees on current programs – including safety - as well as develop and implement new Human Resource programs.  This facility is growing so you will help in recruiting professionals to accommodate the growth they are experiencing so your HRIS skills will be relied upon. 
 

Your people skills will get a great workout as you will work directly with all managers in the facility on the huge concentration areas of development, employee relations, and performance management.

The location for this Human Resources Generalist position is the USA’s Mid-South.  Great southern charm, low cost-of-living, access to great outdoor activities, sports – amateur, college, pro, antique shopping, & great restaurants.
