Customer Service Representative


This customer service position is a great option for you to get your foot in the door with a fortune 1000 company with amazing career path opportunities.  Temp to hire position and the company will train and sponsor you to earn your property and casualty automobile license. (Give a selling factor to each job, why would a candidate want to work for this company when there are so many companies hiring right now?)

The Customer Service Representative position will require researching and responding to customer inquiries in a fast paced environment/ call center that focuses on providing superior service while valuing the customers' time. The customer service position will entail reviewing and updating customer records on computerized data base in multiple systems. Resolving problems and refer to responsible parties. Performing due diligence on customer inquiries through oral communication.


Customer Service  Representative  schedule details: 

  • Schedule hours will be between 7am and 7pm Monday through Friday. 
  • 100% attendance during training and superior attendance post training is required

Job Requirements

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

  • High School level education or equivalent, 
  • Minimum of 6 months of Customer Service experience. 
  • Superior oral communications skills on the telephone. 
  • Good written communication skills. 
  • Problem solving ability. 
  • Working knowledge of specified computer based applications such as word processing, spreadsheets and data bases. 
  • This assignment is contingent on successful completion of a background check. 
  • Typing speed of 20 WPM or higher would be beneficial in this assignment 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft (MS) Word, Excel and Outlook
