Job Description

Top rating home health care company seeks to hire a full time sales rep for their Dallas, TX East Division.  Prefer a bilingual with current home health care sales.

This company is growing and is wanting to expand the market sector in Dallas, Texas.

Job Requirements

Qualifications for Business Development/ Sales Rep:


-Ability to complete necessary paperwork in a timely manner.

-Ability to be easily understood on the telephone as well as in person.

-Basic understanding of aging issues, including psychology and sociology of aging and age related physical changes.

-Knowledge of payor sources such as Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, Long Term Insurance and Private Pay.

-Must have an understanding of long term care environment. Particularly CCRC's.

Essential Functions for Business Development:

-Develop maintain relationships with: doctors and their office staff, hospitals and their discharge planners and social workers

-Develop and maintain relationships with professional organizations, example Alzheimer's Association, Parkinson, Voice Project, and more.
