Job Description


You must be driven and able to thrive in a fast paced, high volume recruiting environment. The ideal individual will come from a sales background. You will be responsible for pre-screening candidates daily via telephone and scheduling them to come in for interviews. This will be 80% of your role. You will be required to schedule anywhere from 10-15 interviews a day. 

Posting jobs on major job boards on a daily or weekly basis
Screening candidates over the phone, scheduling interviews throughout the day and potentially participating in the initial phase of the interview
Calendar management for the Director, tracking daily attendance on a daily/weekly basis using our internal system
Coordinate on-boarding for new hires. Responsible for accurately filing and maintaining employee files and other related documents
Sorts and files related documents in the correct employee file. Provides new hires with new hire package and ensure employee's files are complete

Job Requirements

Minimum of 2 years experience of demonstrated success in an HR role (preferably recruiting).
Excellent interpersonal skills with HIGH ENERGY and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
Well organized, strong attention to detail and you enjoy the challenges of supporting a Director of Human Resources
Positive attitude! You take pride in your work, and enjoy it! Must be able to work autonomously
Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
